Over the past few years we have had Iain and his team do several large and small jobs for us, including: - converting a garage into a grandad flat; - building a large single storey extension; - laying a sizeable brick patio in the garden; - remodelling a bathroom, including moving a wall; and - designing and making a custom fit desk and storage. We are about to have a new kitchen which Iain is going to install ... Hopefully in the next few weeks! All these projects were done on time and in budget and to a high standard. We find Iain and his team to be friendly, professional and skilled and would be happy to recommend them to anyone.

Kudos Construction - Highly recommended

Iain and Jason fitted in some work converting a large living/dining room into a separate living room and playroom for us in August 2012. This was done at very short notice because another builder had let us down by not turning up and not answering any of our calls, and the work was urgently needed because I was due to give birth to twins in the next few weeks. Iain and Jason worked very long hours to fit the work in around other jobs they were already committed to, because of our situation. The work was done to a really high standard and we found them to be friendly, reliable and knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others and have already asked them to come back for some work on our kitchen and porch.

We have recently used Iain (Kudos) to build a front extension onto our house/side of the garage.The contract was to build a single story extension with a lofted roof with velux windows and to remove the internal walls including the front elevation of the house to open up the build into the garage the old kitchen and hallway leaving one very large space, The boiler had to be replaced and relocated and the heating extended into the new build, This was a big job and we had to have a heavy steel construction made up to carry the front of the house and new foundations to build off of.During the build Iain took our living needs into account as a family and made life as comfortble as possible for us.
Iain then fitted our kichen for us he did this in a very professional manner with a very fine attention to detail we are very happy with the end result.
I have been a self employed builder in the past and there fore keept a very close eye on the standard of the build from start to finish.Iain did not disapoint us in any asspect of this build and it was passed by the building inspector and finished to a very high standard in time and on budget.
I recommend Iain KUDOS CONSTUCTION and will use him for all our building work in the future.
