Wow what a fab little place

Took the family here for mothers day and it was fantastic. Even though it was full we had great service, a really good meal, the bread and butter pud is to die for! Lovely atmosphere and nice staff. Looking forward to our next visit, probably on Easter Sunday as we hear they are starting their Sunday lunches on this day. What a great addition to the area. Keep it up 21 west . We are loving you.

Wow what a fab little place

Love 21 West!

Dined here about half a dozen times so far in the restaurant bit, mostly in large groups, and it has always been lovely. The atmosphere is a bit special so it would make a good setting for a romantic meal. Food is always delish, and it's all very relaxed, but the down side of that is that the food can take a while to come out, so if you are in a hurry you would be better in the bistro side (they have hot chocolate + marshmallows + cake to die for). The staff and manager Jane are just lovely, very attentive but not too much. Highly recommended.

Great place to dine out, if it is run better!

I had dinner at 21 west last month when recommended, and it was a lovely place to eat. The food was exceptional and i sent compliments to the chefs. The young ladies in front of house were lovely, polite and made us feel really welcome and relaxed. Unfortunately it was the older woman who i think was the manager made our experience under par. She would not leave us alone, always hovering waiting for us to leave, and spoke to us in a kind of 'i'm better than you' attitude.

Shame, as i would not hesitate to dine their again.

Super little restaurant

Have just been to try this place for dinner, will definitely go again! Really nice setting, good service, great range of food from tapas to pizza, pasta and bistro specials, nice wine list. All of the current menus are on their website at www.21-west.co.uk. I hope people will go there and that it will soon be a thriving business, great start!

Great new Venue for Backwell

What a great new venue for Backwell. 21 West Cafe Bistro, a lovley comfortable modern restaurant, with a great menu, something for everyone. January deals include their fantastic Pizzas for just £5.95!! Coffee in the morniongs from 8.30 with freindly staff and childrens facilities. A very Welcome addition to Backwell, good luck 21 West.
