Advice from the Groom Room enabled Robbie to enjoy another 2 years
This particular dog was diagnosed with testicular cancer after we noticed a lump and urged that the clients take Robbie the Cavaliar King Charles Spaniel to the vet. The lump was then promptly removed and Robbie enjoyed another 2 years of life. Here's what his Mom has to say....
Dear Carolyn,
Congratulations on your new venture and all the best for the future.
I am sorry to say that Robbie is no longer with us, he had a long and good life and reached the grand age of 13 years. We thank you very much for the care and prompt diagnosis you gave us when Robbie needed to see the vet. Our gratitude to you and your staff.
Robbie was able to enjoy another couple of years with us and visits to your grooming parlour, we will recomend you in the future.
Thank you once again.

When I re-launch my business at the new premises (98-100 Nailsea High St) I will be stocking only the best quality products and a select couple of high grade dog foods which I recommend. These will include Arden Grange and Orijen. I am placing an order for stock next week so if you would like me to order a bag for your dear Westie, please give me a call on Monday with the food type and size bag that you would like and i will give you a price.

I keep going back to The Groom Room
I first took my dog Kiwi to The Groom Room for a radio stunt, so I was a little nervous as I love my little baby - half Jack Russell half Chihuahua so not an easy character !! However I have been going back to The Groom Room ever since because Kiwi comes out looking amazing, in fact a different dog. Carolyn and her staff are always very kind and helpful which is lovely, as if like me, your dog is like your kid and you wouldn't just leave them with any one then The Groom Room will put your mind at rest as soon as you arrive.
