FUNDRAISERS had fun in Nailsea High Street on Saturday drumming up support for the annual Christmas fair.
Nailsea Youth House staged a midday acoustic session for all comers.
Nailsea School sixth former Greg Sweet, aged 17, and Adam Chetland, a 22-year-old music teacher at Clifton College and John Cabot Academy, were among those to play a set.
While outside Gilly’s café a tombola and table top sale raised nearly £200 towards the festive street fair which is on Friday, December 4.
Stallholders pictured from left are Rosemary Anstey, Marg Allen, Nailsea Chamber of Trade & Commerce treasurer and Christmas fair committee treasurer Shirley Matthews and Gloria Rees.
· Nailsea Youth House offers free music and dance workshops and the opportunity to gain worthwhile learning and achievement certificates. Pop in and talk to Grace Chadwick-Ryan or email grace.chadwick-ryan@n-somerset.gov.uk for further details.
