As you will know our 'Hairmiles' reward scheme for loyal customers rewards you with free luxury treatments, blowdrys, retail products and more and I'm incredibly disappointed that on this occasion this has happened. Furthermore, I can give you my personal re-assurance that your Hairmiles points would not have been wiped intentionally and may have been as a result of recent computer software upgrade for which I apologise sincerely. No reward for loyalty
I had been using this salon for several years and was very happy with the results (so cant criticise that aspect). Then I saw all the offers they were making to 'new' customers whilst at the same time they wiped my VIP points (without notice) to start a new year and wouldnt let me use the points. When i complained they couldnt care less. So, i have moved on to salons that have offers to keep existing customers and actually want to keep them. I hope they are happy with their 'new' customers!!
