School summer schemes

Children can enjoy a timetable of fun at summer schools during the long August holiday.

In Nailsea a long-established scheme is running at Kingshill Primary School for the first two weeks from Monday to Friday, July 26 to August 6.

Open every weekday from 9am-3.30pm it offers arts, crafts, dance, drama and sports with specialist workshops from visiting tutors.

Another playscheme with a Christian message will be at Nailsea Methodist Church from Monday to Thursday, August 16-19.

It promises four days of fun and games.
