Music and memories is a bit of fun.
It is an open, very friendly group which meets in Nailsea on Sunday afternoons once a month from 2-4.30pm.
There is a varied programme with local musicians, dancers and singers coming along to share their talents.
Many of the group join in; others just like to watch.
The group is ideally suited for older people with memory problems and dementia.
Friends and carers enjoy coming along too.
Tea and cakes are served in the break and it's free of charge.
If you need further information call David on 01275 540231 or Celia on 853672.
