Crown Glass Shopping Centre at Nailsea is staging a free health and wellbeing day for customers on Saturday, January 26.
A shop unit in Colliers Walk will be turned into an instant health centre between 10am-1pm and shoppers will be able to receive free blood pressure checks and advice on beating winter ailments, plus demonstrations as part of the Know Your Pulse campaign.
The centre has teamed up with Nailsea Family Practice and Tower House Pharmacy to provide the services.
Holistic therapist and reflexologist Karen Bartley will also be on hand to offer free initial consultations.
Centre manager James Lucas said: "This is the latest in a series of free events we are holding at Crown Glass. Health and wellbeing are particularly important topics at this time of year so we wanted to give shoppers the opportunity for some advice and assistance."
Recent events at Crown Glass have included a joint pet advice day with Watkins and Tasker Veterinary Group, a trick 'n' treat trail for Halloween and Christmas cheer with carol singing, huge tree and festive markets.
However the Saturday and Tuesday markets this week had to be cancelled due to bad weather.
The shopping centre also launched a new free loyalty card scheme for local residents.
