Table top sale on line

The ability to buy, sell, swap or even fundraise using your very own stall online is now available with tinyurl.com/yzm7chv This is a new site and is growing in Nailsea and all over North Somerset and its a brilliant way of letting your friends, family, work colleagues, neighbours know you have something you no longer want. Rather than stuffing that toaster or kids unwanted toys back in the cupboard, you can put them on your own stall and put that stall in local places you can share with people you meet on a regular basis.

It works very much like a traditional tabletop or even a carboot sale where you and your friends get your own special place to put all that stuff you no longer want or need. So many times people say to each other, 'if I knew you had one of those I would have bought it off you'.
It would be great to get more feedback on this site. This only launched in August this year so it will take time to grow but already people in Nailsea are using this.
I had the inspiration to do this based on a real time table top sale I did in Congresbury a couple of years ago and thought it would be great to be able to do this on line with my friends and neighbours. I have used this so far to raise money for the bell fund in Congresbury and because you have the ability to set up your own community places where ever you want them, means you trade or fundraise with people you already know or people who live really close to you. I set up the Congresbury Bell Fund as a community place. People can create these communities where ever ; neighbourhood, workplace, school, toddler group, WI ......
I think this is a friendlier and safer way of trading face to face - interested on what you think.
