Hi Everyone

I am new to all this so here it goes.

How would nailsea like a new type of concept for indian dining?
I have been looking at the current offerings in and around the area and wondered if a local yet trendy dining room offering A'la Carte Indian fusion be welcomed? I have also thought about having a lounge area where people may want to come and relax in a local yet warm and modern surrounding drinking fresh mango lassie's or tucking into a tasty lunch/dinner menu that is only offered in and around the streets of India? I would greatly appreciate feedback as i am looking to move to this part of the area to offer something more unique then another Indian. Would nailsea set this trend from everyone else in the southwest?
I Look forward to your feed back.

Thank You.

Rob M.

The general consensus in Nailsea is we have too many food outlets - nearly 20 cafes, restaurants and supermarket cafes + pubs selling food. We have an Indian restaurant and a Chinese one + quite a few takeaways. An upmarket something would be nice but with The Battleaxes, The George and a new bistro as well and Wetherspoons within weeks of opening - thanks for asking but no thanks, unless anyone else thinks differently?
