Glut of courgettes

I don't have any recipes but I do know that if you stop harvesting them they will turn into marrows really quickly and that's the end of your courgettes! Give them away, or better still, swop them for someone else's surplus and, if the worst comes to the worst, compost them but don't stop harvesting.
