GREEK GODS IN NAILSEA !?

Don't worry if this appears on your next bank statement as it did with me. Appears to be the local Budgens Garage having a bit of a prank with their name when you make a card transaction. I was a bit worried at first thinking my card had been misused but it turned out okay in the end.

What is this all about? Is someone secretly visiting somewhere they shouldn't and invented this excuse?

The above Statement is incorrect. Budgens Nailsea aren't having a joke it was an error by bank concerned with postcodes.

Nailsea People spoke to people at Budgens tonight. Apparently it only affected credit/debit card transactions last Friday and Saturday. The card company pay Budgens and then claimed the monies from individual accounts. The 'unnamed' card company entered a postcode for the garage/supermarket which was one digit out - hence bank statements show Nailsea people buying services from Greek Gods! I tried Google but was too nervous to open any of the options for Greek Gods it gave me so we will just have to take the word of the garage/supermarket.
