The local council have given us a wheely bin and gone for weekly collections to bi-weekly collections. the bin was empted on the first day [3 August] but it has not been empted now for two collections.

Wheely bin no empted.
Wheely Bin not empted on the 17th August. My wife phoned and it was still not collected. The bin was put out on the 30th August for the next day collection. It was not empted on the 31st. My wife phoned and asked for it to be collected. She was told that it would be collected within 48 hours. I am still waiting!
I have paid for two collects of rubbish that has not been done.
How much does it cost, how much am I charged for each bin collection?
Can I have a refind?
Can I take the council to the small claims court?
I could go down to the council office next week and ask if I can put it [my rubbish] into their rubbish bin as mine has not been collected for over 4 weeks. Would that work?
Anyone with a un-emptied bin could come with me, I'll put our wheely bin in the trailer and we'll all go down to W-S-M for the day. Drop the rubbish off at the council office and have an ice cream on the beach. I'll phone my friend in the BBC point west and see if we can get a film crew down. It'll make a good story for the 6.30 news.

ReportMy bin has been emptied, it's only taken them five weeks. I would like to thank Nailsea People Web Site for letting me air my views. After three phone calls to the council with no luck, one posting on Nailsea People and the bin is emptied. I would like to let Jemermy know that this is not 'amateur dramatics' I'm a pro at this sort of thing. Now what do we need to be done next?

ReportJeremy, you give them aerial maps? Can they read or understand the maps?
How can I be fine for protesting? This is a free country!
If greenies can damage a USAF or RAF plane on greenham common and get away with it, I can give them my rubbish.
I am asking them to put it in to they bins as mine have not been emptied!
The council take money from me to empty my bin. If it is not collected then they have not forfilled their part on the contracted.
It is not fly tipping, I am posting it to them by hand, and I can park outside the council office to deliever goods. I have 20 mintues to do this.
PS my bin is still full of rubbish!
