Problem over Council Services - Contact your councillor early on, you voted for us!

The teething problems with the waste collection changes show again the classic problem local government has. Nailsea has five North Somerset Councillors but residents sit fuming over problems we can cure quite easily but no one tells us. It is really rather silly to wait until the summons comes or the eviction order when there is a dispute with the Council, over benefits or with North Somerset Housing.

 

All councillors have e-mail addresses.

We all have published phone numbers and addresses and can be seen walking around the town. 

The four Conservatives have surgeries in the Library from 10-12 on the first four Saturdays of each month (except Bank Holiday weekends).

 It is better not to write letter because we do not have any secretarial back up and it can take along time to send a reply, and e-mail is simple. We tend to work as a team because some of us might be away on Council or personal business

 

You voted for us we all spend long hours working for you but we are there to solve your issues and lead North Somerset but we need feed back.
