Puxton Park's Farmers Welcome Triplets

LAMBING season at a popular Adventure Park is booming with the arrival of a set of healthy triplets.
Farmers at Puxton Park, outside Weston-super-Mare, are busy caring for the new triplets, along with around 400 other lambs that have been born since December.
To give youngsters the chance to meet these cuddly animals, Puxton will stage further lambing weekends on Saturday March 8 and Sunday March 9, followed by March 15 and 16.
The aim of the weekends is to aid the learning of children by allowing them to get up close and personal by bottle feeding the lambs at selected times.
Puxton's animal carers will also provide informative talks about how the park cares for its lambs on a day to day basis.
Head Shepherd, Ed Champion, said: "Our visitors love our educational experiences such as our lambing and falconry weekends.
"Our lambing season is booming and with the latest arrival of these triplets, who were born just after our latest lambing weekend, we want to give people the chance to get up close to them.
"We look forward to the arrival of many more lambs to come here at Puxton Park."
