Pegasus sales and marketing director Karen Roake said: "As the cost of domestic bills is rising dramatically every year, our offer to pay new owners' electricity bills up to £1,000 a year for four years takes a weighty burden off their shoulders."
"All of our developments are all built with high standards of insulation and there are thickly carpeted and heated communal areas; in addition, the apartments are all electric and usually economic to heat.
"In fact, the majority of our new owners are surprised at how much less their winter heating bills are in their Pegasus apartment but being electricity bill-free for four years is even better."
Pegasus Court at Stockway North offers a total of 52 apartments featuring 33 one-bedroom apartments and 19 two-bedroom apartments.
Each apartment comes with a fully fitted kitchen, video phone entry system, contemporary bathroom and décor.
Other facilities include an elegant owner's lounge, luxurious visitor's suite, laundry, secluded gardens, car parking, estate manager and 24-hour care line.
These properties are specifically for the over-60s.
Prices at Pegasus Court are from £199,950 - £269,950.
The show home is open 10.30am to 4.30pm, Tuesday to Saturday by appointment.
