A Bond girl who went to Backwell School is releasing her first record on Valentine's day.

Charlotte Fortune, aged 26, who grew up in Nailsea now lives in London where she works as an actress, singer, dancer and model.

As Charley Forture she has recorded a cover version of the Neil Young song Only Love Can Break Your Heart.

Her romantic rendition is being released on iTunes on Thursday, February 14.

Charlotte has made numerous television, film and stage appearances including the BBC series Casualty and Dr Who as well as starring in commercials for Sony and Nissan and as a singer aboard a P&O Australia cruise ship.

Her most recent film The Pink Marble Egg is due for release later this year.
